The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and the service and amenities were good. Breakfast could be better, though. They should offer typical foods like arepas and changua.

It’s a very nice place with really comfortable rooms. Just be ready for the distance from everything: the nearest shop is a 10-minute drive away.

The plans they advertise aren’t delivered. Service was terrible, it’s far away, and it’s very expensive.

Getting there is difficult for people with disabilities or older guests. On arrival, we were told our cabin still needed work, so we couldn’t settle in. The room was small, with no shelves or closet, and holes let the cold in at night. There was no hot water or electricity in the bathroom. Lunch and dinner on the first day also weren’t what we’d agreed on. Service was slow, and there wasn’t enough tableware for the number of guests. I was with a group of 39, so I don’t have a reservation receipt, but I’ve attached photos to show I stayed there.

A lovely view and a quiet, cozy setting made this a great place to spend time with family.
