The gardens and inspiring views made the peaceful setting especially lovely. We were two families visiting from Miami and California, and every breakfast felt like its own experience. Clemencia and her sisters welcomed us so warmly that we really felt at home. We got so much care and affection, and had an amazing stay.

Clemencia made us feel very welcome, and our pet was welcome too. The place is tidy and relaxing, and she gave us clear directions with a map, so it was impossible to get lost. It also feels very safe.

I went to Villa de Layva and reached the hotel around 7pm, but it was far from the village. The roads were dark and felt unsafe, and the way there wasn't marked. Google sent us down a dirt road. I also found the owner, Clemencia, very dishonest, and she wouldn't refund any money when you need to cancel. Bad, horrible experience. Don't book this hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The views are awesome, the place is clean, and the owner is super nice. It’s pet friendly, though the owner’s dogs are very aggressive.
