A lovely experience. Everything was clean when I arrived, and breakfast had already been served.

They cancelled our booking at the last minute, so we had to find somewhere else at a high price. Wouldn’t recommend.

A great place to stay, with traditional rooms.

I wouldn’t return. There were no solutions for guests, and the customer service was terrible. The breakfast menu listed broth, but they only served eggs, with no other choices. The young woman in the kitchen was lovely, and honestly the only thing that made the hotel remotely pleasant. They also didn’t seem to know about the extra services they offer. I’d rented a room for two with an ATV rental package, but the girl who checked me in said she didn’t know I had that package. They still charged me for everything.

Laura’s attentive service, warm smile, and dedication really stood out and made the stay better. The whole team was professional, kind, and ready to help, which made me feel at home, with the special atmosphere of Villa de Leyva and its main attractions nearby. Hotel Celeste was spotless, comfortable, and set up for a truly restful stay. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the care in the details. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d always want to come back.
