The hotel’s about 15 minutes from town in the suburbs. The road there was rocky, but the drive was worth it for the valley view and all the things to enjoy at the hotel. The setting was so homey, with lots of plants, paintings, and cute decor. I took about 2000 pictures there, I loved the place that much! The room was pretty and cozy, with a natural, rustic countryside style from the walls to the bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and yummy. The hotel experience was a 10/10 for me, and I’d rate the location 8/10.

Our stay at Posada La Serena was unpleasant, and several issues came up from the moment we arrived. The property entrance is in very poor condition, making it uncomfortable to get in, especially with luggage or after a long trip. That first impression really should be improved. Nobody came out to welcome us or give directions, so we had to wait and figure things out ourselves. It felt disorganized and inattentive. The inn’s atmosphere also wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped, and we didn’t enjoy the overall experience. When traveling, you hope for a welcoming place where you’re looked after and can rest peacefully. That wasn’t our experience. I hope they improve access and the service on arrival, since both make a big difference for guests.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a cozy, homey feel, and the food was delicious. Everything felt peaceful and tranquil, and the service was excellent, kind, and warm. I hope to return very soon. Highly recommended!

The natural scenery is divine, and the rooms are both beautiful and comfortable. It’s a dream place to share with your partner, family, or friends. Breakfast was complete and delicious, and the service was spectacular. Aura especially was always ready to help and guide us with tours. I’d definitely come back.
