The front desk staff were very polite, and the stay wasn't bad, but it could have been better. We stayed all five nights, though I don't think I'll return. This was our fourth time at Macao, and it had deteriorated compared with previous years. The sheets were badly stained and had hair on them. We arrived at 2am after buying the stay two weeks ahead, but they said they didn't have me listed for a room. I had asked for a quiet room away from the elevators, yet after nearly an hour of back and forth, they put us in one beside them. The next day I asked to move and got a quieter room, but the wifi signal didn't reach properly. When I brought it up at the front desk, they said the signal was weak because of that room's location.

I felt safe walking around at night. The hotel is close to the US embassy, with lots of small restaurants nearby. Wyndham hotel is also within walking distance, where there are some chain restaurants. Great value for the price.

The place looks great and modern, but the staff were very unprofessional. They were rude to the guests who were showing me around bogota. Each person had to register and get their ID scanned. I understand the security concern, but it felt like too much. Manager Jorge was rude when explaining the rule about guests staying over. Anyone extra who stays has to pay another 60,000, about $20. I'm not coming back, and I definitely don't recommend it.

The manager was very friendly, which was the only good thing about the place. The room was noisy, the front desk service was bad, and maintenance was poor. The window was broken, and the toilet lever was held together with a bolt and metal bracket. I nearly burned myself in the shower because the water was scalding. Sorry, I won't stay there again.
