Our confirmed reservation wasn't ready when we arrived at 7:30 pm. We were told the room hadn't been cleaned and wouldn't be available until the next day, even though checkout is before 1 pm. They said we'd need to stay in a lower-value room for the night and move to the room we had originally booked the following day. When we asked for a credit for the room change and inconvenience, the manager refused to give her name and simply said no. The location isn't excellent at all. It's at the end of a dirt road full of potholes, in the middle of nowhere. I've stayed in some beautiful five-star hotels around the world, and this place is nowhere near five stars, maybe three at best. Replacing the management would be a good start.

A peaceful, quiet, and clean place, with excellent room service, large bright rooms, and great amenities: a pool, lakes, sauna, steam room, and restaurant bar.

We left with wonderful memories of the Colombian plains. From booking onward, the information was clear and arrived on time, and the property itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and well cared for in a beautiful country setting. Everyone was welcoming and respectful, from Milena at reception to Johnny, Juan, and Daniel, who were always ready to help. We really enjoyed the New Year's Eve party, and thought the price was very fair for what the hotel offers. It's a lovely, quiet place to unwind. Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious.

Roberto the parrot, the macaws, and the capybaras were a big hit with my children. I hadn't stayed at this hotel before, though I've tried several others, and this one really won me over. The pool area was fantastic, the bathrooms comfortable, and the Turkish sauna and relaxation space were lovely. Everything felt peaceful, clean, and well maintained, with a beautiful atmosphere. The food was spectacular and the service was truly wonderful. I'll keep coming back ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
