Everything was well organized, and the rooms were very clean. Good service too.

The sheets had hair all over them, the shower was filthy, and a religious event in the reception hall next to our room made it very noisy when all we wanted was to rest. There was also a booking problem: I had reserved through Ayenda Hotels via Despegar, but at check-in they said they no longer had an agreement with the hotel. A percentage of the reservation was still charged to my card, and I don't know who is responsible.

The room was extremely dirty, with a water leak in the bathroom, a used razor, bodily fluid on the sheets, and dirty walls. The bed was in bad shape as well. The young woman helping us gave very poor service and didn't show us the facilities.

The service was awful; nobody even showed us the room, and there was no light on the floor. Hygiene was terrible too, with dust everywhere, dirty walls, a used razor in the shower, and fluid on the sheets.
