The pool needs better upkeep, and the rooms need cleaning and renovation. Tiny ants had taken over the little table, chair, and nightstand. The hotel is in a super central spot, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!!

I spent last weekend at Hotel del Llano, from Friday through Sunday, and what should have been a relaxing break became two days in the Meta clinic. I ate a steak on Saturday afternoon that didn’t look right, but decided to eat it anyway, and ended up hospitalized. The rooms also look like budget motels despite the 4-star price. This place isn’t what it was a few years ago. What a disgrace, choose somewhere else!

A few details could use improvement to make the hotel look even better. The location is perfect, and the price is good for what you get. It works well for all kinds of travelers. WhatsApp customer service could be more professional and better.

The service and attention are very, very bad, and the price is high for what they offer. They also make you leave at a time that doesn’t fit your plans. I’ll look at other hotels when I get to Yopal.
