Hotel Denver Center

I’m sharing a serious privacy concern about the room design. There are openings from the bathroom shower area straight into the public hallways, and my privacy was breached through one of them during my stay. The police were notified right away and came to the scene. When hotel management was asked to help identify the person responsible, they said there were no security cameras in the hallways or other key passage areas. The layout makes this kind of incident possible, and the hotel offers no minimum assurances of monitoring or privacy protection. I strongly recommend guests be extremely cautious.

Before 6 am, the cleaning staff were outside the rooms talking loudly and gossiping. When I brought it up at reception, the manager, an older gentleman, told me, “Well, if you don’t like it, change hotels.” He’s very rude. The staff’s service and attention were terrible, and the whole experience was unpleasant. I recommend not coming here.

Great service and an excellent location 😀 Good, nice, and inexpensive. Excellent in every way!

The rooms and facilities were excellent, and the pool was spectacular. Service and prices were great too. Highly recommended for a stay in Yopal if you want good value.
