The only thing I wasn’t so keen on was the area around the hotel. It’s very busy during the day, and after the shops close at night there are homeless people around. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, service is good, and they make an effort to remember guests’ names.

The staff deserve 5 stars for their tireless, friendly work. Service, food, and room cleanliness were excellent, and the location was very central. My only real complaint was having no elevator: I got a top-floor room and had to climb up exhausted, then unwind after dinner there... 😁😰🤦🏽 Otherwise, no complaints.

The Wi-Fi was pretty slow, but otherwise I had a lovely stay. The hotel is welcoming and well located in Yopal, with very large rooms and a comfortable bed. 🛌

Clean, tidy, and the service is excellent. The location isn’t the nicest, but it’s a great place for the price.

The staff are super friendly, and the rooms, facilities, and location are all great. They could use better training on tourist attractions and restaurant directions around Yopal, though. That’s why I’m holding back on the fifth star.
