The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the cleaning needs work. The bathroom and floors weren’t up to standard, and I found hair on a towel.

The receptionist’s attitude was awful. When I asked for the Wi-Fi password, he handed it over without mentioning that the internet wasn’t working, so the password was useless. He also seemed rude and reluctant to help with anything. I accidentally left something in the fridge and called 30 minutes later to ask if it could be sent to the airport. The receptionist on duty said it wasn’t his responsibility. That’s a real lack of customer service.

The bathroom was fine and the location was good, but the old air conditioning was in poor condition. There was also a rusty refrigerator in the middle of the room that couldn’t be used. It felt a bit expensive for what you get.
