The people are warm and the service is good, which is why it’s my favorite choice.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

2/10
The rooms are the only decent part, and even that’s because of the old TVs with DirecTV, which they don’t pay for, so it’s useless. The service is terrible, the staff are incredibly rude, and when the TV breaks down they ignore it completely and give you no information. At 70,000 pesos per person, it’s a rip-off and a scam. The hotel is all facade and website.

8/10
The hotel is pleasant and clean, and it’s close to businesses for work. Still, the service could be better. Reception gave poor information about the surrounding area, including restaurants and other places. There also isn’t a restaurant nearby that provides invoices for business expense reporting.

There’s no elevator, but parking is available out back. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with air conditioning. It’s a comfortable place to stay and good value for money.
