Breakfast arrived when we asked for it, but it was cold. The room also had stained towels, covers, and sheets, and despite calling reception a few times and waiting almost an hour, we never got hot water. We paid U$100 a night for the Epsilon “Villa,” which sits below the dining area, so foot traffic was what we heard instead of nature. Salsa music played loudly for nearly two hours. The location and facilities were acceptable, though nothing special, and for that price the stay wasn’t worth it.

Michele was so kind and attentive, and the place turned out even better than I expected. It was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I also ordered a special decoration, and it looked lovely. Thanks for everything, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There are plenty of activities to choose from, so there’s no shortage of things to do, and it’s easy to feel connected to nature. The rooms, including the bubbles and tents, were beautiful, as were the setting and weather. We also had great attention and service. A must when visiting Cali!

Staying in a tent gave us a new way to feel close to nature while still having the things we wanted. We enjoyed every minute. The host was helpful and took care of everything. Amazing place and people!

I went with my partner and the stay felt magical. Eliana was really helpful, and I felt right at home. The place is beautiful, and we enjoyed it all. I definitely recommend it.
