We’ve stayed here more than a dozen times, and it’s been a great value every time. The rooms are wonderful, it’s close to the airport, and the hosts and owners are fantastic and attentive. The other five-star reviews say it well. Spread the word.

The Trapp Family Country Inn is only minutes from the airport, but it feels like a quiet tropical retreat. We spent one night there and wished it could have been longer. The lush gardens, tall trees, and peaceful pool area made it easy to relax before or after a long journey. Our spacious, comfortable room opened onto a private balcony with lovely views of the greenery. Birds sang around the property, and a cool breeze drifted through. The Trapp Family were wonderful hosts and went out of their way to make everything welcoming and stress-free. A beautiful, nature-filled place to stay near the airport. Highly recommend.

We had to change our plans and arrive around midnight, and the staff handled it so smoothly. They replied incredibly quickly and were very sweet in person. Thanks, Cesar! The lodge and grounds are beautiful, and our spacious room had a comfortable bed. It’s very convenient for the airport, though definitely worth staying longer. One thing to know: some sites said there was a free airport shuttle, but there isn’t one. They easily arranged a taxi for our early flight.

We had a pleasant balcony overlooking the pool, with several tropical birds to watch. The staff were kind and helpful, and the airport is very convenient to reach. Breakfast was good, though dinner was very bland.

A lovely tropical stop right by the airport, with spacious rooms and public areas, beautiful gardens full of birds, plenty of good food options, and a nice pool. It works well as either the first or last stop on a trip.
