Rob and Monica made our first visit to Costa Rica feel special at Lucky bug B&b. They were welcoming and accommodating, and Monica cooked breakfast herself. She might be the best cook in town! The property was peaceful, with birds chirping early in the morning. We loved our time in this little paradise. Thanks, Rob and Monica. Pura vida!

The garden was full of birds, and having feeders nearby made breakfast feel special. Rob, our host, was very friendly and fun to talk with. We had a lovely stay in a cozy room with a comfortable bed and charming decor.

We came just for a meal, and Monika had prepared it with love. The Apfelstrudel was an unexpected treat, better than many I've had in Germany or Austria. Kolibris were flying all around, and the gallery is worth a look too.

I had to cancel several days ahead of time, but they still denied my refund request. Since it was around Valentines, I'm pretty sure they could have booked someone else. I'll get nothing back. 🤦♀️
