At least there was plenty of hot water. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, the bathroom light only worked after you whacked it a few times, and the wifi barely reached the room, so I had to sit by the window for a signal. The TV only had local cable. It’s not awful, but pretty bad.

The room was filthy, to put it mildly. Every pillow and blanket had stains and black dots. We had to switch rooms because there seemed to be fleas or bedbugs in the bed, and one of us got bitten. I’d never recommend this place. Stay away!

A local suggested this place, and I’m glad I chose it. The room and bathroom were both spacious, there was air conditioning, and everything was spotlessly clean. The cleaning lady came every day and was attentive and friendly. I believe the owners live in the main house. I met the woman there, and she was incredibly helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

We spent a couple of nights here with our family, and the service made us feel right at home. The cabin was impeccably clean and ideally located, close to everything in Cahuita. We could walk everywhere and leave the car conveniently in the cabin parking lot.

The owner was so welcoming and kind, and we got a little welcome snack. Wonderful people. Our room was clean and had air conditioning and a refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious, with excellent fruit and really good coffee. Great place, highly recommend it.
