We ate our meals at the hotel during our three-night stay. It’s a laid-back place, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Having both air conditioning and parking was handy. They don’t provide extras like shampoo or conditioner, so bring your own. There’s a grocery store within a block for anything else you need. I’d stay again if I had the chance.

The location was decent, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, and the parque central. We enjoyed walking around the city, with live music in the central park and Christmas lights. Staff were nice, and the breakfast, which wasn’t included in our rate, tasted great. Our room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom smelled bad, the linen and pillows were very dirty, and the towels didn’t seem fresh. We were downstairs and could hear the upstairs guests loudly. Traffic noise was pretty bad even at night. It was okay for one night.

The location was great, but breakfast service was incredibly slow even though we only ordered two simple dishes. I asked our server for the Wi-Fi password twice and never got it.

The A/C barely worked, and I was really disappointed with the place. We paid for the full stay in advance, but days later the woman at the front desk said we still owed 50%. When we asked the manager/owner for video footage, he was extremely disrespectful. He said he wouldn’t give us any video, that it was his business, and that we could leave if we wanted. We were basically scammed out of more than $200. Worst customer service and worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

The nachos were okay, and the place was just okay overall. It seemed a bit dirty, with computer cables visible from the tables. Service was my main issue. The staff didn’t seem very interested in making the experience good. They weren’t rude, just not very friendly. Overall, the service was okay.
