The price was great, but the shower was cold and its door kept jamming. The toilet seat was broken, and there were hardly any outlets.

A familiar place to stay near Paso Canoas. I’d recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms were disgusting, the bedding smelled awful, and there was only one towel for two people. The bathrooms had no shower, only cold water, and the faucets and floor were covered in dirt and mold. The bed was so worn out it was barely usable. The TVs and remote were terrible. The air conditioning did cool the room, but made a helicopter-like racket. I had to put a sock over the vent to stop it from closing. Then there was a fox in the ceiling making noise all night. We told the manager, who said he’d remove it, but when we raised it again with the night manager, he didn’t know what to do. They moved me to another awful room, but it had the same problem, plus damp walls, an exposed air conditioning unit, and an extractor fan so loud it was deafening. Two of us had allergic reactions, maybe from fleas or something. You can’t pay by card, either. There was nobody who seemed to know how to deal with guests. I’d rather sleep outside than come back to this place.
