Hotel Buenos Aires

We didn’t need the car during our stay since all the nice places in Santa Teresa are reachable on foot, even with the big but short hill to climb. Hotel Buenos Aires was a perfect place to stay. Javi was a lovely host, our room was spotless and well furnished, and both the pool and restaurant were really good.

With fresh daily breakfast and smoothies, cozy private rooms tucked into the jungle, and the choice of beach or jungle life, Buenos Aires has become our second home after 15 years of visits. Javi and Flo are the real deal, and the love, feeling, and vibes here can’t be beat. The sunset views are unmatched, and it’s a five-minute walk to the beaches and surf of Santa Teresa. We adore this place so much that we chose it for our intimate wedding celebration. The rooms are immaculate, and the whole place feels cozy. I absolutely fell in love with this place. The owners are so welcoming and friendly, and the location is ideal, close to everything and the surfing beach. The view is amazing. I’d go back anytime. 👌✨

The view is stunning, and the outdoor space is lovely in the morning or at sunset. Each room has its own hammock just outside, perfect for sitting and relaxing during the hottest part of the day when being on the beach might be difficult. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and get fresh towels and cleaning every day. Breakfast was good, too. Javi, the owner, is really nice and happy to answer questions. You’ll definitely want a car unless you’re up for walking, though it’s no more than 10 minutes and nothing dramatic. It can be fun to do once or twice. A great place to stay in Santa Teresa.
