Santa Toro Hotel excelente ubicación

It's a quiet spot with lots of parking, and the location is super convenient for everything. The apartment was clean, the AC was strong, and the shower was good. Thanks for being so hospitable, Mauricio :)

Mauricio and Maritza were quick to take care of whatever we needed. The place is nice and close enough to the beach, though the beds were a bit rough.

The bed was comfortable, parking was spacious, and the location worked well. But for the price, the neglect and lack of concern were hard to accept. The AC sounded like an engine room. We switched rooms, only to find a shower leak sending water out of the wall and flooding the whole room. Staff already knew about it, and getting towels from them was a real struggle. The facilities were in very poor condition: the ceiling was coming apart, the sink was loose, and there was mold in the refrigerator. The staff didn't seem concerned about guests. When we needed something, they laughed at us, though there was a tip jar in the room. I recommend not booking here. It's owned by foreigners who also own another hotel, not by a humble family, and they take advantage of people.
