The pool was lovely, and we really enjoyed the house. It sits just beyond the bustle of Santa Teresa, and we appreciated having the first-floor studio. Downstairs, though, the pool, studio, and villa are packed closely into the same area, so there’s less privacy. The parking gate needs adjustment: in windy weather it wouldn’t stay secured, and our car was damaged. The pans were good and sufficient, but the kitchen could use better knives. The house is beautiful, and we’d recommend it to couples.

We spent two nights in a peaceful, beautiful setting, with a lovely pool and a welcome break from the busy downtown. Getting groceries was easy by bike, and our spacious, clean room had everything we needed in the kitchenette. Mati, the host and manager, was a big help, including taking us to a bike shop to get our bikes repaired. Recommended.

We had everything we needed here, including a great grill for making our favorite BBQ meals. It’s a quiet place but still close to town, and the beach is just a two-minute walk away. I’d highly recommend this long-term rental to anyone nearby looking for a home away from home.
