The beach is super close, and the house was spotless. Charlene was quick to help with anything we needed, and the dogs were friendly too. We loved the roomy, colorful place, especially the big kitchen, terrace, and hammock.

The fuchsia cottage was both lovely and practical, with comfortable beds and everything we needed, including a microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, and a dispenser for hot, cold, and room-temperature water. Charlene, I hope I've got the name right, greeted us with her family and two very affectionate dogs. Colores del Caribe has four colorful mini-apartments tucked into the Caribbean jungle, and we were wowed as soon as we arrived. Some rooms have shutters and mosquito nets instead of glass windows, so you do hear the sounds of nature, but the setting is enchanting. Trust me... it had everything.

We spent a full month here, and the houses stayed cool in the heat thanks to being nestled among the vegetation. From the porch we spotted toucans, woodpeckers, sloths, agoutis, and howler monkeys. The service was fast and they were always available. Hector, Joshua, and Charlene were all really friendly, and Tyson, a gentle, friendly giant of a dog, was always there to greet us and keep us company. One of the area's most beautiful, less-visited beaches is very close by, which made it easy to enjoy.

Charlène greeted us so warmly. The houses are comfortable, nicely equipped, and stay cool in the tropical weather. We found it easy to get around by bike, with restaurants and some of the prettiest beaches nearby. A lovely setup for an unforgettable family stay on the Caribbean coast. Highly recommend! 👍😊
