Nayara Springs - Adults only

We felt as if we had the whole rainforest to ourselves. The villas with private hot spring plunge pools made for our best stay, and the infinity pools, on-site hot springs, outdoor showers, winding paths, and hanging bridges were all woven beautifully into the property. It really did feel like living in a magical treehouse surrounded by flowers and incredible food, including breakfast delivered to our private patio. We kept calling things the “best”: the tuna tartare plantain cups at La Terazza and tableside Cacio Pepe at mis amores were our best meal, while Suhka spa's sound therapy and couples volcano mud message made for our best spa. It was the most beautiful place I've ever stayed, and the best use of Chase points (Edit Hotel) I could have imagined. It felt like magic touched us, and we hope to return for many years.

We spent part of our Costa Rica trip here in May, and we still talk about how wonderful the resort was. We've stayed at several Ritz Carlton hotels, and this one was better than every one of them. The service was amazing, and the minibar was restocked each day with drinks and snacks. Our private pool was the highlight, though the resort pools were great too, with lots of options for adults. There were endless dinner choices, and we especially liked the sushi. Can't wait to come back.

Berny was always smiling, helpful, and fantastic, and the tours he booked for us were beautiful. The staff were wonderful, the amenities spectacular, and we loved the private infinity pool at our villa. We loved every minute at this amazing property and would highly recommend Nayara Springs Villas.

Our villa's patio quickly became our favorite spot. It had a daybed, table, hammock, and private plunge pool with jets and a temperature we could set to hot or cool. We used it every day. Inside, the place was spacious and spotless, with every detail considered: a cozy canopy bed, comfortable couches and a TV we mostly used to stream music, two vanities, a huge double-headed shower, two closets, a separate toilet area, and an outdoor shower just behind the bathroom. Service was wonderful throughout. We could call reception for anything, and the staff were all lovely. The room was cleaned each morning and turned down in the evening, usually while we were at breakfast and dinner, with a little treat left each day. When the team learned we were on our honeymoon, they gave us prosecco, which we enjoyed in the plunge pool. The minibar had complimentary Costa Rican snacks, soda, juice, coffee, and beer, plus liquor and wine for purchase. Nayara is a huge compound, with plenty of pools, vegetation, restaurants, and hills. Golf carts arrived within minutes when we called for a ride to dinner or elsewhere. Walking around was good exercise, but carts were available if you have mobility limits. It might be useful to bring small bills for the drivers. The food and drinks at the restaurants were delicious, and the complimentary breakfast was the best we've ever had. It was all-you-can-eat, with menu ordering too. We loved the fresh fruit, especially papaya, watermelon, pineapple, and mango; there was also toast and pastries, amazing coffee, and fresh juices. We didn't find anything at breakfast we didn't like. Each dinner restaurant had a different cuisine, so it made sense to try several. We walked past the three spas but didn't use one, and afterward wished we had. The hot springs are fairly secluded, like jacuzzis fed by hot spring water. We spent an entire afternoon walking around the property and enjoyed every minute. We started our honeymoon at Nayara Springs and were blown away from the start. At reception, they welcomed us with fresh juice and Costa Rican rum. Tatiana explained everything and showed us to the golf cart, which took us and our luggage to the villa. It's the most pristine setting, with friendly staff always there to help. We can't think of anything bad to say and highly recommend a stay.
