The property is beautiful, and the staff were nice, but the hotel felt poorly managed. Several guests were locked out of their rooms for hours because key cards weren't working. There was also a road closure in the middle of the day for two hours with no warning. For the price and star rating, we and other guests ran into far too many problems.

The views were breathtaking, the atmosphere felt magical, and the service was top-tier. The team at Zephyr Palace made our wedding feel like a fairytale, and we're deeply grateful to everyone who helped make the day so special. They handled our dream ceremony and reception, helped our guests, and managed last-minute changes with calm, positive energy. Every detail was looked after carefully, and from the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, grace, and professionalism. It really felt like coming home. A special thank you to Michael, who was a gem through the whole process. His kindness, calm presence, and dedication to making our day flawless meant so much. Michael, thank you for holding such a sacred space for our love and supporting us at every step.

Our wedding at the palace was incredible, and Mariana, our main contact, helped us at every step. She stayed with us throughout the wedding, taking care of all the little details and helping with anything we needed. The staff were outstanding.

The restaurant was honestly a bit expensive for what you get. The food was good, but dinner was around $50 per person for something quite standard. The view at Zephyr Palace was breathtaking, and the infinity pool made me feel amazing. The bedroom was magnificent too, with a Roman style.

The view was breathtaking, and the staff were helpful and courteous. My wife and I had our wedding there in 2009, and it was spectacular. Hoping we can go back for our 15th anniversary.
