I stayed for three nights in late April while diving out of Del Coco. The cabins felt spacious and safe, with AC, very comfortable beds, a shared kitchen, and a relaxed common area. My dive shop was just down the street, and it was only a few minutes on foot to the bay or around town. The private room was just right for resting between multiple dives. At sunset, you can watch the fishermen catching yellowtail jack in the bay.

It's a basic place, but clean, and the owner is friendly. If you want a low price and don't need luxury or hot water, it works. The room has AC and a fridge.

It isn't luxurious, but it's very clean and had everything I needed. My unit's little kitchenette was stocked for cooking, even with a slow cooker that came in handy. The hosts are really nice and helpful. The husband speaks English very well. It'd be convenient if the lady spoke a little more English.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were clean. AC and TV worked well, though the Wi-Fi was spotty and my room had no hot water. Surprisingly, a cold shower felt great. It's super close to everything and the beach, but the place sits at the end of a dark alley that feels a little scary to walk down at night. I saw a lot of websites calling this a three-star hotel, but that doesn't seem right. It's a simple place to stay.

The owners were very nice and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay at cabinas Coco alegre. Having my own kitchen was great, and the Leguan on the roof woke me in the morning. The beach is only a few steps away, and I'd highly recommend staying there.
