Club Voca #9

This complaint is mainly to warn future guests: safety at house number 9 is seriously at risk. I was at Voca Club #9 from January 20th to 25th, and I've attached photos as proof. I contacted the local Vacasa representative, Mr. Daniel Quesada, about the problems. He said a technician would come, but then told me the technician had reported that everything was resolved. Mr. Quesada himself had left an extension cord hanging above the sink, and I find it unbelievable that someone responsible for this company wouldn't come and check the problem in person. There were extension cords right beside the sink, an electrical panel above the ceramic hob with no safety cover, and broken outlets. The hob gave me an electric shock. The refrigerator had so much frost buildup that it was making all the food wet. The blinds were frayed and in very poor shape, and the paintwork was neglected.
