The pool is huge, clean, pleasantly warm, and has lots of loungers and shaded spots. The condo is in a great spot, just a block from the beach, with a restaurant on the corner and the main street right in front of the property. The guard at the entrance is reassuring, even though we didn’t feel unsafe.

Villa # 31 had no Wi-Fi, no hot water, and no suitable parking. The second bedroom was tiny and lacked air conditioning, and the sofa bed was just set up on the floor. Worst of all, they charged me an extra 60.000 colones for my two girls to sleep on the floor for two nights. I can’t believe it. This place charges far too much for what it offers. It’s not worth it, and I will NEVER COME Back again!!!

The places and grounds are clean and nice, and I know a few owners here. There are great pools, and security at the front gate. Yes, it’s accessible for people with disabilities.

A nice community and a great place to stay in Jaco, though it’s a little dated.
