The pool is compact and deep, and most of the day it stays in the shade, so the water is cool. The building is quiet, with lots of older ticos and travelers and not many families. It’s on the south end of Jaco, with a private path of about 200 meters to the beach. The apartments have two bedrooms and three bathrooms and are laid out nicely. There’s a small freight elevator for luggage and groceries, but the top floor means 42 stairs.
You can walk into town easily, or rent a good cart, and there’s plenty to eat plus a well-stocked market. The birds get really noisy, but that’s part of why you’re there. I stayed here a few years back and found the apartments large, clean, and well looked after. A path from the back leads to the beach, so carrying chairs isn’t far, though you can’t hear the beach from the room.
We love being on the south side of Jaco beach this time. We’re here now and plan to stay 27 days over the holidays. It’s our fifth visit to Jacó.
My friend owns a condo here, and we spent five days there. The condos are beautiful, and the place is quiet, clean, and family friendly. We loved it.
It’s an easy five-minute trip to the restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff looking after the properties were really kind and helpful. Great place to stay.
