Monaco Condominiums

We stayed with friends in a beautiful three-bedroom condo. The grounds and units were very clean, secure, and well managed. Groceries, the bus terminal, restaurants, and the beach are all close by. Highly recommend for a great stay in Jaco.

The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous, and every room had its own balcony. The living room balcony had a table and two chairs too. We cooked daily, so having a grocery store across the street was a big plus. We also used the upstairs lounge and whirlpool each day, and hope to try the grill next time. Laundry in the condo was convenient. They cleaned every other day, which worked well for us since we weren’t messy and could let the trash build up a bit, keeping waste down. It was my first time in Jaco, though not Costa Rica, and when we return in 2024 we’ll definitely stay here again. Everything was exceptional and functional.

The unit had three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and living room space. It was clean, in a great location, and had two pools to use. The staff were super friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

There’s a plaza directly across the street with a supermarket, a few restaurants, a movie theater, and a bank, plus more local restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a five-minute walk. The gated community felt safe, and the location and nearby amenities were really convenient. Our three-bedroom condo was clean and had a dishwasher, laundry, and Wi-Fi. There are two pools, two jacuzzis, and four BBQs around the pools for cooking. The on-site management office was helpful with local attractions and transportation, and you can request housekeeping or book excursions there.
