The breakfast was surprisingly good for the price, and we could use the common area and even a free washing machine. Our room was roomy, and the volcano view from the pool was spectacular. The two staff members, a young man and woman whose names I unfortunately don't know, were both really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend :)

The room was spacious and comfortable, and they clean it when you request it. There's a small pool, a pleasant outdoor seating area, and a kitchen with a fridge and laundry room guests can use. The Italian restaurant attached to Arte Natura was great, with plenty of other restaurants nearby. A supermarket and laundry are less than a five-minute walk away. We'd originally planned to stay in town, but the reviews convinced us to choose this hotel, and we were glad we did. Crystal at the front desk was amazing, very friendly and full of tips about places to go and things to do. It's easy to get into town by Uber for $2-3 each way, or about a 20-minute walk. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

We could easily walk or take a short drive to everything we wanted to do, and the staff were friendly and full of helpful suggestions. Breakfast was so delicious! Loved our stay and highly recommend it.

We felt safe and secure here, and the place was clean. The breakfast was superb, and both the Italian restaurant and Soda El Turnito were incredible places to eat. KRISTHAL welcomed us and set us up with a wonderful room. We had to say goodbye after three days, unfortunately. If you've found this review, don't overthink it, just book. Thanks for a great vacation.

The kitchen and washer/dryer were great extras. Breakfast is served at the Italian restaurant next door, which was a real bonus. Great amenities here.
