We only had one night here and wished it had been longer. Esther greeted us warmly after a long rainy drive, helped us feel at ease right away, and knows a lot about what to do nearby. She's multilingual and a real asset to the hotel. The place is spacious and comfortable, with good mattresses and pillows. Upstairs there's a pleasant balcony with hammock chairs and comfy seats, and the much-praised breakfast really was delicious. It's an easy walk to the town centre and restaurants, and parking is right outside the hostel.

The rooms and beds are standard, but the owners' attentive service is what made this stay special. They looked after us like family, and it felt almost like being at a relative's home. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and the stunning volcano views from the balcony. A great hotel with a lovely atmosphere, highly recommend it.

I found bed bugs in the bed, and Andre was a super rude host. We had to pay for breakfast, and there was no shampoo or soap. Towels weren't provided for each guest, so we had to share, and the rooms were never cleaned. BAD PLACE TO STAY AT!! I do not recommend it to anyone!

At first glance the location might not seem especially good, but it's actually well placed. The rooms are tidy and average. The staff are the very best.
