Rio Blanco Hot Springs

The view of the 3 volcans is spectacular, and our host Orlando was friendly and helpful with ideas for sightseeing. There are many things to see, and his development project is fantastic. We enjoyed the place so much that we added a night to our original 3 night's stay. We'd be very happy to return and highly recommend this special spot.

We extended our stay because we loved it so much. It's peaceful, surrounded by pure nature, and our room was uniquely beautiful. The private pool was a dream, and the price was very fair. The host is fantastic. You can message him on WhatsApp any time, 24/7, and he'll help with everything right away.

Rio Blanco made for a wonderfully romantic stay. The private villa gave us a great place to spend time together. We had a perfect break from city life, relaxing by the pool, visiting nearby waterfalls and enjoying spa treatments.

Orlando, the project manager and host, was incredibly helpful with suggestions for activities and places to visit. We spent two great weeks at Destino Rio Blanco, with plenty to do onsite: hiking, meditation, walks down to the river and soaking in our personal hot tub. It was filled every day with fresh volcanic hot water. The New Year's Party at the resort, with a regional rodeo and live band, was a lifetime highlight. We also had a fantastic day pass experience at neighboring Rio Perdido Resort. When I stayed at Christmas 2024, the overall resort project was still in its early stages, so you may drive through construction areas as it continues to grow. We'll come back, and often. Pura Vida!
