Eating here was a pleasure, with Tucanes and other birds right in front of us. The menu isn't big, but everything we tried was delicious. Yellow Tree Suites also gives you the La Fortuna nature feel while still offering peace and privacy. Our room was spacious and modern, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a garden. The staff were fantastic, helpful, and friendly. I'd definitely recommend it to friends traveling to Costa Rica.

The bed is the one thing that might keep me from coming back. It was uncomfortable, perhaps because the mattress was too thin or too hard. Otherwise, I loved the tucked-away location, the natural setting, birding opportunities, and volcano views. There are also sweet, delicious, affordable family-run restaurants nearby.

That view was awesome, and the hot tub was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!

We had a great room with a Jacuzzi and A/C, and breakfast was great too. The place is right next to the Arenal Volcán, with a lovely garden and a walking trail through the jungle. 100% recommended.

My wife and I booked two nights for our Costa Rica trip, but we left right away and found another hotel. The first room they assigned us had another family inside. At reception we got a key to a second room, but its locks were broken and wouldn't lock. When I went to explain what had happened, some random guy walked into the room and started laughing. DO NOT BOOK A STAY HERE. AVOID IT!
