#1 New & Modern 2 bed Suite With Shared Pool

Zero stars would be fair. Our room, number 5, had no light in the stairwell leading up to it, and there was a foul sewer smell from both the sink and washroom. We booked a queen room with a sofa bed, but there was no sofa bed. The AC was set to 16C yet seemed to stay around 27C. There were old, dried food crumbs on the bedside table, and the soap and shampoo had already been used. Water pooled in the shower because the drain was slow. The room door was just like an ordinary bedroom passage door, and its deadbolt didn't work. We could hear every vehicle on the highway next door, along with a rooster outside the window at 3:30am. Do not stay here, it was the worst hotel experience you'll have.

The shower was awful. It never got warm, and the spray went everywhere, so my partner ended up showering in the sink. There was also a cockroach by the outdoor entrance when we arrived, which set the tone for the unit's poor quality. This place isn't worth it. I'd recommend staying farther from the airport.

There were no staff around, and the place was filthy. My bed was still a mess from whoever had slept there the night before, used food containers were left in my room, dishes were piled up in the "restaurant," and the floor was disgusting. I left and booked at the Hilton, also close to the Airport. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. DO NOT book here.

We showed up for our booking at 6:30pm and found the hotel deserted. We called several posted numbers and got no answer, then waited over an hour for a reply to our texts. In the end we scrambled to book last minute at the Hampton for a crazy price so we could get to the airport in the morning. I hate being negative, but if you're hosting through Air BNB, a hotel, or any other platform, you simply have to be available when people call.
