The courtyard was beautiful, and breakfast was delightful. Everyone was very friendly and spoke English, and the parking area is gated. Our room was clean and fairly basic, which was all we needed. I’d stay here again if I’m in Liberia.

The staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast was really good. Our room was the small one across from the kitchen, so it wasn’t great. Still, the hotel was lovely, clean, and quiet enough under the mango trees.

The rooms are simple, but very clean, and the gated hotel felt safe. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

I’m in Costa Rica for a cycling trip, and Hotel Javy was an ideal place to start. Harlem and Kimberly were perfect hosts and stored my bags for me. Breakfast is delicious, too. I’m looking forward to coming back.

The staff were warm, polite, and very kind, and the breakfast was excellent. Our spacious room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room didn’t look like the photos, though. Its only window was blocked by furniture, so there was no natural light. We also had no hot water, even after letting it run for ten minutes, which felt wasteful. The setup wasn’t very eco-friendly either, with single-use soaps and the like.
