A fair price for a place with A/C, and a good spot in Liberia. It’s a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and parque central. The pool is a nice extra, especially for having a few beers and relaxing in the water after coming down across the Nica border to get in position for a flight home. There’s a good mix of Ticas and foreigners staying here. The beds and breakfast are adequate, just barely.

I was here for one night for a bicycle race. The small rooms were nice and the bed was fine, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was included, and there was parking and a pool. It’s centrally located, and I’ll be back for next year’s race.

A quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood, about two blocks from the downtown strip. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the pool was clean too, all at a good standard. Breakfast wasn’t large and didn’t offer many choices, but it was hot and fresh, with coffee. The front desk arranged an airport taxi at a fair price. Nothing fancy, just good value for my one-night stay before a flight.

The made-to-order breakfast was decent, with several choices, plus coffee, juice, and water. But the room was unsanitary, and I’d look elsewhere if I were in the area. There were bugs all over, flying around, dead on the floor, and crawling on the bedsheet. It was gross, and I felt itchy all night. The shower spout dripped a lot and the water flow wasn’t comfortable. I booked here because it was the cheapest, but it wasn’t clean or good. The staff didn’t speak English, and my Spanish isn’t very good.
