The mountain and volcano views are beautiful, even from the first floor rooms. I’ve stayed here three times and will keep coming back. It’s a super nice place, with friendly service, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa, and it was incredible. The pictures really don’t show how nice it is. The front desk hospitality and the wonderful breakfast in the morning made the stay feel perfect. It was a true Costa Rican experience. I just wish we’d had time to do the coffee tours!

I only stopped for lunch. The staff were excellent and friendly, and the food and coffee were good.

The owners clearly care about this place, and you can see it in all the details. Our room was comfortable and clean, with sweet touches like the origami birds. Outside, there’s a little seating area that’s lovely for reading or chatting. Breakfast was delicious. I had eggs and ham with coffee and baguette, served in a quirky, fun area.

We stayed first in the chalet, then in the main building after backpacking in between, and both visits were great. The owners are extremely helpful and personable. Breakfast, made with great local ingredients, was outstanding. We hope to come back!
