Villas Roma del Mar

Noelia took care of so much for us, booking rides to and from the airport, a Tortuga Island tour, and a couple of drivers for getting around town. She also asked if we wanted a meal cooked at the villa, and we were glad we said yes. Saidy, a local woman, came by and made us a wonderful dinner. We stayed in Villa #2 from 8/8-8/13, and the place itself was beautiful. The views were incredible, and stepping through the front door left us speechless. Raj, we loved your villa and will recommend it to friends and family.

We come back with the family every year. The staff are always so kind and helpful, and I love the views and the food. If you stay, make sure to try the opa special.

We were there in May, just before rainy season began. Falling asleep to the rain and then waking up to a quiet sunrise was pretty special. The drive can be tricky, though manageable with a 4x4 and a sensible driver. There was a pool behind our place with a great view of the horizon. We spent most of the week swimming, with the occasional bit of Netflix.

We went in February 2019 for nine days, and the animals were a real highlight. A family of monkeys lived close by, which was pretty neat. The roads are rough, but you get used to them. Everything else was amazing, from the condos and restaurant to the staff. The team at Aroma Del Mar were a delight, and I already miss those breakfasts. The food was wonderful, and don't skip pizza night. For waves, Playa Coyote is an easy enough drive and has an amazing beach.
