The room was spacious, and the food was great with generous portions for the price. The hotel is close to the beach, which is very private. For me, it’s worth five stars, though the service felt more like that of a four-star hotel.

We were pleased with what we got for the price. The oceanfront room was lovely, with a view of the water and a way to walk straight down to it. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was simple but good. Service stood out, matching or surpassing what I’ve experienced at four-star hotels. Jason, one of the employees, was especially attentive and responsive, with excellent people skills. We spent a few days here and had a good stay. Best of luck.

On our morning walk we saw macaws and toucans, and the quiet, less crowded setting was just what we wanted to avoid the crowds in Manuel Antonio. Our room had a wonderful view, and we had fun at the pool. The restaurant was lovely, with the best fish tacos, and breakfast was very good too, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff were so nice.

We had a great three-night stay and would love to come back for a month. The hotel is right on a beautiful beach, and the location couldn’t be better. The pool was just right, the rooms are large, and the A/C works well. Everyone, from reception to the cook, was great.
