Hotel Rancho Coral

We had an amazing meal, especially the fish tacos and the curry with red snapper. The hospitality was just as lovely, and the scenery is beautiful. We weren’t staying at the B&B, but I’d definitely look into it if we come back. There were things for the kids to play with, and they even brought out rubber mats for my one-year-old, who’s just learning to walk. Reservations are needed ahead of time because it isn’t crowded and they want to be prepared. It’s definitely worth it.

That warm, freshly baked cake at the end was lovely, but the whole red snapper was the real standout, so tender and delicious. You do need a reservation, apparently so they can prepare the freshest food. They cook with a lot of care and make you feel like an honored guest. One of the best meals I've ever had, and I'll be talking about this place for a long time.

We had a great time here with the water right there and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach and setting are incredible, and it feels like a perfect getaway for couples or families. Coffee, breakfast, and dinner were all fresh and delicious. We still talk about the poke bowl, the best we've ever had. Thank you, Rocio and Tommy, for such a memorable stay.

This was our favorite part of the trip. The whole place has a laid back, homey feel, and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. Tommy made some of the best food we had in Costa Rica. The hotel is right on the beach, and Esterillos Oeste was easily the nicest beach we saw there. We also loved seeing Sammy the Sloth on the property. It's a quaint hotel and restaurant, and we'll definitely come back.
