The owners seemed nice, and it might be good value if road noise doesn’t bother you. For me, it ruined the relaxing end to my vacation. I could hear a bike every few minutes, and the noise was awful. Perhaps it was a busier period than usual, but every room is about 10 meters from the road with direct sight of it. I knew the place was near a road, but couldn’t find any review mentioning noise, and the description didn’t either. I assumed the rooms were somewhat protected or set farther back. I was wrong.

Check-in was easy and the room was clean, but there was an infestation of red ants in the room and the air conditioner couldn’t cool it properly. Be aware that the room is only about twenty feet from the road, so traffic noise is prominent throughout the night.

The wildlife and plants nearby were so fun to watch, and waking up to coffee in the hammock by our room each morning was heavenly. My husband and I had the best time here recently. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. There’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a sandy, salty day, and it feels really refreshing in the heat. I’ll recommend this lovely retreat to all my friends.

The parking area is pretty tiny, which was the one downside. Otherwise, the location is great, the beach is very close, and the price is good. The owners are awesome and keep an eye out to make sure your stay goes well.

After a long day out, we were always happy to head back here, which says a lot. We loved our stay. The rooms are simple, but everything is laid out conveniently and works well.
