Stay away. The service was bad and the owner was rude. We chose the hotel after seeing photos of the nice pool and garden online. Once checked in, though, the room was dirty and smelly, full of bugs, and had no WiFi. We didn't complain at the time because we were visiting the forest. After checkout, the owner messaged me to complain that we'd left the room messy and attacked me. I know I cleaned before leaving. I left something like an empty water bottle for recycling, and cleaned the kitchen and dishes. Then he sent more messages with racist comments. I agree with another guest's comment that the owner Oliver hates everybody. Many local people told me Oliver had a very bad reputation. I'm sharing what happened to warn others. Professional photos can make the place look lovely without showing the hotel's dirty side or the owner's behavior.

The place was very run down, and the website pictures seemed almost fraudulent. It looked nothing like what they showed when we arrived. Our room was filthy, with dead cockroaches tucked into corners and crevices. When we pulled back the blankets, bed bugs scurried away. The owners were horrible to deal with and seemed to hate anyone who wasn't from France. We couldn't stand to stay, so we left right away and got no refund. Luckily, a nearby 4 star bed and breakfast had room for us. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The cabina was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the hosts were incredibly helpful. The pool was clean and just the right size and temperature. There are lots of great restaurants nearby. We'd love to come back and would highly recommend it!

The new owners are amazing, and the bungalow has everything you need. The pool is beautiful, and the beaches are close by. It's a lovely little place tucked in the jungle.
