Right in central Quepos and close to the bus station, but it was hard to find. The hotel sign was unreadable. Look for the Claro Shack in the parking lot.

The location worked well for getting to restaurants in town, but the place is old. The bathroom was old too, and the AC worked okay. For $100, it didn’t feel like good value; maybe $60 with breakfast would be fair. The $10-per-person breakfast at a nearby restaurant was worth $3 at best: two pancakes, a little fruit, and a cup of coffee.

Parking inside was handy, and the location was perfect. Breakfast didn’t start until closer to 7, so I had to eat somewhere else to make my scuba outing instead of using the included restaurant. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Like most places, this one is pretty old.

It was an okay place, though the internet connection wasn’t consistently good. The parking lot fills up fast, and one night our car got trapped. They did pay for our taxi so we could go out for dinner.

It gets really loud here at night, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper. The water cuts out randomly when more than a few people are using it, and the AC trips occasionally too.
