4/10
The unit is spacious and in a central spot with great views, but getting there was a real problem. The elevator to the 4th floor kept breaking, and the dirt road up the very steep hill was badly challenging and dangerous. It wasn't maintained at all, and we fell a couple of times. The pool also felt so outdated that we felt gross getting in. The manager wasn't helpful and was basically useless. Shower water pressure was nonexistent.

This condo has some good features, but it's poorly maintained. Time has clearly taken a toll on the unit I rented. It must have been a 5-star property in its heyday, but I even had to clean the pool myself. They leave it recirculating without cleaning it.

The view is spectacular, and the place is right in the centre of town. The beach, banks, and supermarkets are all a 5-minute walk away.
