Right in downtown, yet it feels like a quiet little spot away from town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff friendly, and the restaurant was amazing!!!

The longer I stayed, the more problems I noticed. The curtains were broken, the window wouldn't shut, there were cobwebs, and the room had barely any WiFi. There was no shampoo either. Check-in went smoothly, but the room itself was bare, with no closet or decor. Some people call it good value, but at the $150 a night we paid, I don't agree. I wouldn't stay again.

At 11 PM, with two toddlers, I was turned away even though I had a reservation. The attendant was rude and no help, and I couldn't reach the owner. They said they'd forgotten to switch off the reservation system before a holiday, which felt like a poor excuse. They gave several other excuses too, making an already frustrating situation worse. A very disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and definitely won't stay here again.

The pool was small but pleasant, and breakfast was included in the room rate and tasted good. We could walk into town from here, and the place felt safe. The staff were lovely, kind, and always ready to help. The room was nothing special, though it was clean, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom and the outside door are a little close together!

We couldn't use the pool because a local coach was running a swim class while parents waited around. Not the calm experience we were paying for. There wasn't spare toilet paper or any Kleenex in the room, and when someone came to the door I had to get off the toilet to meet them instead of having them leave it. On the plus side, the staff were friendly after the toilet paper issue, and the kitchen staff worked hard to accommodate two special meal requests.
