Blue Jewel Oceanfront Private Villa

We had five families together, 22 adults and kids, and the Blue Jewel team made the whole trip feel special. They arranged meals and excursions, and everyone from the managers to security and housekeeping was so warm and helpful. The chef is well worth booking, every meal we had was fresh and delicious. The villa itself is gorgeous, with ten bedrooms and private bathrooms, so everyone had comfort and space. It’s just steps from a quiet stretch of beach, and the pool was a hit with the kids. We loved being there and hope to come back.

We went with five families, ten adults and twelve kids, and the Blue Jewel staff took care of everything. Mariana planned our excursions, sorted airport rides and dinner reservations, and answered our questions at all hours. Jennifer and Wilton made fresh meals for both the adults and kids, and hiring the chefs was easily our best call. The villa is spacious and airy, with a well-equipped kitchen, several dining areas, an outdoor fridge and coolers with ice. There are ten bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The back door opens right onto the beach, which was great for surfing, walks and sunsets, and the pool was perfect for cooling off. The home was even better than the beautiful photos, and the whole team, along with Tamarindo and Costa Rica, made us feel welcome. We loved our stay. Pura Vida 🇨🇷

The beach is right outside the gate, and town is only a few minutes away on foot, with plenty of restaurants and things to do along the shore. We felt safe both around town and on the beach, and the property also had round-the-clock security. There were eight of us, six couples and two single adults, and everyone had a comfortable king bed and a private bathroom. The villa has a big kitchen, a roomy family room and even a theater room. We spent lots of time outside, swimming in the pool, which staff cleaned daily, or sitting under the veranda looking out at the ocean. A chef cooked for us three nights, and we ate together at the large outdoor table. Staff cleaned every day and were so kind and attentive. We’d recommend The Blue Jewel for a family gathering, wedding or other occasion.

The guest house worked out perfectly for the smaller family group who stayed in two of the bedrooms. We were 15 people celebrating three birthdays, with lots of cooking and drinks, and the housekeeping and security staff were wonderful even though we tried to clean up after ourselves. The beach is just a few steps away, with spectacular sunsets, and town and restaurants are an easy walk. Everyone was amazed by how beautiful the house was. We had a vacation of a lifetime with family and friends, and people are already asking me for more details.
