We really enjoyed staying here, thanks again, Jimmy! It’s a great place to experience the jungle and a more genuine, noncommercial side of Costa Rica. The wooden cabin has everything you need, and the beds are unbelievably huge, much bigger than king size. I slept so well. The kitchen outside, tucked under all the greenery, is dreamy, with jungle sounds, animals, and birds around. The Costa Rican owners are cool too.

Jimmy was great and changed our checkout date to work with a change in our plans. The place was much nicer than I expected for such a reasonable price. I’d recommend it 100%.

The outdoor spaces brought back fond memories for me, like a spacious, tidy backyard at a grandmother’s house. The kids enjoyed the native trees, each labeled with its name. It’s a lovely place, and the hostess was a very kind young woman who gave us clear directions to places to eat. I’d give the location five stars. I prefer staying farther from the beach because it’s more relaxing, though others may not find it close enough to walk. It depends on what matters to you. Our room was very clean, the bathroom was roomy and clean with good water pressure, and the beds were large and comfortable. We’d definitely return ✨
