The hill up to Monte Perla is short but steep. We walked it twice, though it was a tough climb in the heat, and the gas golf cart worked better. The apartment was clean, with a great view and a lovely pool. Gilbert, the pool guy, was very nice, and communication with the host was good. We had no problems.

We spent a week at Monte Perla #2 in June with our family of four, and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms suited us perfectly. The pool was beautifully maintained, and the sunsets were amazing. Downtown Tamarindo is only a short walk away. A great place to stay in Tamarindo.

My passport, clothes, and all my other things went missing, and nobody helped me at all. There are no cameras, security is never there, and anyone can come in without anyone noticing.
