Vista Celestial

The staff at Vista Celestial made us feel included and welcome from the minute we arrived. Their care was outstanding, and the animals around the property made the stay feel alive and magical. It felt like a peaceful, intentional escape where luxury sits in the middle of nature. The food was delicious and carefully prepared. Comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality all came together here. I'd absolutely return.

Vista Celestial felt like a private jungle escape. Our huge villa had a terrace overlooking the sea and whale tale, plus a jacuzzi facing the jungle. They left gifts in the room on the first day and chocolates every other day. Sheryl and Keyton were especially kind and attentive, and staff even surprised our friend with a birthday cake. We'd have stayed longer if we could. The food was very good from breakfast through dinner, and happy hour had great rates. We originally booked a room at the sister hotel Rancho Pacifico, but when a friend joined us, they offered to move the booking to Vista Celestial so all three of us could stay in one villa at the same rate. We could still use Rancho Pacifico's gym and spa. From the reservation through all the details, it was one of our best stays ever in Costa Rica. I'd recommend it to every friend.

We had to head home when responsibilities called, and wished we could have stayed longer. With just a handful of villas, the staff can look after your needs with real care and kindness. Our place worked perfectly for four, two teens, my husband, and me. Lunch and dinner were different each day, and the meals were extraordinary and thoughtfully put together. Everyone was fabulous, especially Shirley, Keylor, and Jose, who were attentive, observant, engaging, and friendly. We'd love to come back.

We meant to stay one night and loved it enough to book three. The atmosphere is so relaxed, and breakfast was delicious every day. Staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The views over Whale’s Tail are breathtaking, and the sunsets became something we looked forward to each evening. There are magnificent flowers all around, plus colorful wildlife and animals everywhere, so you really feel immersed in nature. The gym sits right in the jungle and makes a workout a breathtaking experience. Highly recommend!
