We planned on one night and ended up staying four. The rooms were comfortable and air-conditioned, and Yindra helped arrange our day trips to Yumuri, Maisi, Humbolt park, and elsewhere. She even made us good sandwiches for our hike. The city center location is great, and the rooftop terrace has an amazing view over Baracoa. Breakfast was good too. I recommend it!
Casa Yindra and Ruben (Y ROSI) gave me my best lodging experience in Cuba. The house is in a prime part of the historic center of beautiful, historic Baracoa, and is a wonderful example of hospitality and great service. Without a doubt, it's the best option in town.
My favorite place of the whole trip. I loved the room's beautiful view of the ocean over the rooftops, and the hosts were very nice.
The location is fantastic, only steps from the cathedral and Baracoa's main square. Yindra and her family were wonderful, and the house, room, and rooftop terrace were clean and well cared for. We got fresh towels every day. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, and they accommodated our allergies. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Baracoa 😊
We stayed two nights in a triple room with a private balcony. Just be aware that the double bed is only 1.40 m wide, so it may not be comfortable for two. The casa is lovingly furnished, well maintained, and centrally located, with a large roof terrace and panoramic city views. The whole family made us feel welcome. Breakfast was delicious, especially the best fried bananas we had in Cuba, with perfect scrambled eggs. Many thanks, Yindra & Ruben!
